The Tower at Kings' School

The Tower received £5,000 during the academic year 2007/8 £3,000 for Art Beat a the Tower and £2,000 for TAPAS orTower Arts Performing Arts society.

Art Beat is a project which provides a variety of art workshops on Saturday mornings for young people in the community, both Kings' pupils and those from elsewhere. Art Beat is aimed at young people aged between twelve and seventeen.

TAPAS is a performing arts school that provides high quality tuition in drama, dance and singing. Young people have the opportunity to perform a the Tower at the end of each term. TAPAS is aimed at those aged between 7 and 16. Workshops take place every Saturday afternoon in term time between12.30 and 5.30p.m.
